Daily Activities

The Center is open 5 days a week, with some evening programs as well. Below you will find our daily activities. Most of our programs are open to the public, however, some, such as our exercise class, require membership. Some programs have a small fee attached, and in these cases, fees are slightly higher for non-members.

Monday

9:30 a.m. Line Dance Lessons with Sue Kaupelis ( $5 per lesson for Inman Members, $6 for non-members)

11:00 a.m. Pickleball ($2 each time you play to help cover cost of balls and overhead - this group plays outside whenever the weather permits. Two outside courts available at Shuttleworth Park and Veteran's Park on Locust Ave)

12 noon Dimes Card Group

3:00 p.m. Yoga Stretch ( Free to Silver Sneakers members, $2 for Inman members, $3 for non-members to help pay for instructor)

6:30 p.m. Mohawk Valley Chorus Rehearsal

Tuesday

8:30 a.m. Silver Sneakers Fitness Program, Muscular Strength and Range of Movement - FREE

(Must be a member of the Inman Center or a Silver Sneakers member to participate in this class)

11:30 a.m. Congregate Meal (for seniors aged 60 and over - suggested donation of $3, guests under 60 - $7.50)

**Special events, seminars and other events such as painting classes, defensive driving, etc. are usually scheduled for Tuesdays. Check our Upcoming Events for a schedule

Wednesday

9:00 a.m. Cardio Circuit Exercise, part of the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program - FREE - MUST be an Inman Center member or a member of the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program...)

9:30 - 11:00 Quilting Group Meets

11:30 - 1:30 a.m. Kitchen is open for lunch to the public. Check out our menu on the Menu page

1:00 p.m. Bingo Cards available for sale

1:45 - 3:45 p.m. Bingo, cash prizes, bell jar tickets

5:30 p.m. T.O.P.S. group meets every Wednesday evening

Thursday

10:00 a.m. Bridge Group - FREE

10:00 a.m. Bridge Group with Instructor MaryGay Harkins - FREE

10:30 - 2:30 Woodcarvers (Mohawk Valley Art and Woodcarving Association)

11:30 - 1:30 p.m. Kitchen open for lunch to the public
