The Inman Center offers a wide variety of programs and services to members and non-members. For our members, free exercise classes, discounts on special events and trips, and the opportunity to vote on business issues and programming. Non-members may participate in many of our programs, sometimes at a slightly higher fee than members. Bingo, card groups, lunches, special events and more are available to anyone. We offer a variety of classes and programs to help our seniors with socialization, recreation, education and more.
Silver Sneakers Fitness Program includes Muscular Strength and Range of Motion (MSROM), Cardio Circuit and Yoga Stretch Classes.MSROM and Cardio are free to members and Silver Sneakers members. Yoga Stretch is free to Silver Sneakers members, $2 for members, $3 for non-members per session.
Our computer class is taught by volunteer instructor Dr. Juan Laurilla. Each class is 4 sessions and usually runs on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Cost is $2 per session for Inman members, $3 for non members. Dr. Laurilla only takes 4 students per class. Some knowledge of keyboard and mouse is required.
Mah Jong is held on Tuesday afternoons from 1 until 4 p.m. Learn with an instructor or play in a group. No cost for members, $1 donation per session for non-members.
Line Dance on Monday mornings with award winning instructor Sue Kaupelis. Sue teaches a variety of dances. Great Exercise.
Ballroom Dance lessons with instructor Ronnie Mitchell. Learn Fox Trot, Cha Cha, Tango and more. Classes usually run twice a month on Tues. Afternoons.
Cost for either class is $5 for Inman members, $6 for non members per session
Our quilting group meets on Wed. Mornings at 9:30. Everyone works on their own projects.
Creative Crafters meets on Thurs. From 1 - 3 p.m., And usually works on knitting and crochet projects.
We have an instructor who will teach knitting and crochet on Mondays from 9:30 -11:30. Cost for instruction is $5 per session
Our Wii Bowling is a wonderful program that runs from Sept. Until April on Friday mornings. We select teams and play for prizes.
Bocce Ball runs from May until August at the Port Jackson Bocce Club courts on Friday mornings at 10 a.m.
Sponsored by AARP, this class is held several times per year, and will give you discounts on your auto insurance for 3 years. This six hour class is held in one day, and registration in advance is required. Call the center for dates of the next class.
Pickleball is played on a court, inside or out, using wiffle-like balls and paddles. Similar to tennis and table tennis, it is a great sport that is catching on rapidly.
Our bingo is licensed by NYS and open to the public. Bingo is held every Wednesday afternoon from 1:45 - 3:45 p.m. We start selling cards at 1 p.m.
Our kitchen is open for lunch from 11:30 to 1:30 for food and drinks.
We have several card groups, from Bridge on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Pinochle on Thursdays and Dimes on Mondays and Fridays. Check our calendar for times.

Learn to paint with oils the Alexander method with instructor Wilson Bickford. Classes are usually held once per month. Cost is $50 per session, and includes all materials. Call for dates and times.
Join woodcarvers from around the region every Thursday from 10:30 until 2:30 as they carve and socialize. This group has been meeting at the Inman for over 20 years, and always welcome new people.
We have a congregate meal on Fridays, provided by Office for Aging and Prestige Services. Anyone wishing a meal must call in no later than Thursday noon. Suggested donation of $3 for aged 60 and over.
Dr. Laurilla is an exceptional photographer, and teaches beginner digital photography classes. Cost is $2 for Inman members, $3 for non-members per session. The class covers the different components of your camera, and how to use them to take the best pictures. Advanced classes teach how to use your photos on your computer.
The Photography group is for experienced photographers who share their photos, go on photo day trips, etc. They meet once per month to share their pictures
